Scarisbrick New Road Baptist is a community of people who have a passion for God and are seeking to follow Jesus Christ in the whole of their lives. We are a Baptist church and as a community have a history in Southport that dates back over 100yrs. Over the years many people have been part of our church community and have encountered the presence of God amongst us. Today we are a medium sized church with a membership of about 45 people. We have many different activities for young and old (see church life). As a church we are seeking as to how we can best be followers of Jesus Christ in the 21st Century. We have a vision to compassionately impact our local community and people from all walks of life. Our building is well equipped. As well as the main church we have two halls, numerous other meeting rooms and a large kitchen. Disabled access is possible to the whole ground floor of the building and we also have two disabled toilets.
